How we work: The 5 steps to selling your home with

1. Get your property ready for sale

You can ask any Real Estate Agent for an free estimation, when you know the selling price, just let us do the rest.


2. Sell with smartagent and save the Agency fees.

Our selling fee starts at €3999. Payment is due after the completion of the sale with the notary.

3. We market your property.

We will write the sales advert. Our professional photographer will visit and take pictures. Once you’re happy we start advertising you property.


4. Find the right buyer

Our planned Open Houses, will create a healthy competition of potential buyers. You will save time and energy. The schedule of the Open House is managed by us, with your agreement.


Once you’ve agreed the selling price with the buyer and the "compromis de vente" is signed. All paperwork will be sent to the solicitors and you save an average of € 10.000.
